Minges Farm Association

The Minges Farm Association is a residential neighborhood of approximately 120 homes within the city limits of Battle Creek, MI, located primarily between the cross streets of Watkins Lane, South Minges Road and Abrams Avenue.  The majority of the homes are in an alluring subdivision with the main access point being no outlet at Pheasant Run so traffic is limited.

This charming neighborhood has approximately 32 acres of park land area with an abundance of nature and wildlife for homeowners' scenic pleasure. There are over 1.5 miles of paved walking paths that are ideal for a leisurely stroll while observing the landscape or for families to safely enjoy time together.  Tennis courts and a groomed grass pasture that can be used for various activities are also available to association members.  The Association’s approximate 32 acres of park land are comprised of woods (15 acres), meadows (5 acres), pond and marsh (2 acres), and paved walking pathways plus tennis courts (10 acres).

There are documented covenants and restrictions for lot owners in the association to help encourage a sociable community and promote property values.  Minges Farm Association has plenty of natural surroundings, a friendly neighborhood feel and is also close proximity to many local retail shopping establishments, restaurants and entertainment venues.
